Flu Compliance and Masking

As of Thursday, November 1, 2018, our mask policy is in effect such that any care provider who enters a patient room or patient care area must either have received flu vaccine or wear a paper mask per order of the S.F. Department of Public Health. Employees who fail to be vaccinated or fail to decline online by Monday, December 17, 2018 will be placed on unpaid administrative leave until this requirement is met and may be subject to disciplinary action.
